By adopting Measuring Up worktexts at the district level, ECCSD equaled the playing field and provided all students with the same opportunities. This curricular consistency may have contributed to increased test scores.
For the students and teachers in Mt. Vernon, Measuring Up was generally more effective than the other products in use for helping to improve student achievement.
