Financial Partners

Peoples Education, Inc. ("Peoples Education") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc. ("PEH"). Peoples Education was originally formed as a private company in 1990 by founders Jim Peoples and Diane Miller, with an equity investment from Cherry Tree Ventures of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

SchoolPower, L.P. became the company's largest shareholder in 2001 when Cherry Tree Ventures transitioned the majority of its ownership into this new investment partnership also managed by Cherry Tree's management company. Subsequently, SchoolPower has provided additional debt and equity investments to PEH and is an active supporter of the company.
